Views of mountains in every direction - Granite Mountain, Mingus Mountain, even the San Francisco Peaks can be seen beyond the wide open territory of Chino Valley. State land parcels provide excellent viewing of Pronghorn groups, horses, and other wildlife. Country homes and farms with acreage as well as newer subdivisions and everything in between can be found here. This community-oriented small town boasts a large equestrian population and is close to many riding and hiking trails in the nearby Granite Mountain wilderness. The town has just enough shopping and dining to make it convenient while still keeping that country charm. A community center with a public pool and sports fields caters to families with children of all ages. Centrally located within minutes of Prescott and easy access to I-40 to Flagstaff and I-17 to Phoenix.
